TechnoServe is recruiting for a Regional Program Manager to manage an upcoming four(4) year rural youth entrepreneurship program in East Africa (Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda). Looking for individuals with prior experience managing large, multi-country programs in sub-Saharan Africa.
