An organization specialized in the supply, repair and maintenance of power generators, is in the process of appointing an experienced and qualified person to fill the position of Field Sales Person to be based in Nairobi.
Reporting directly to the M.D, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Marketing our services to new and existing clients
Developing and maintaining a client base.
Meeting the set sales targets
Developing marketing strategies to ensure revenue growth.
Development, preparation, planning and execution of Sales programs.
Development and maintenance of a strong working relationship with all stakeholders of the business.
The job will require 80% field work and 20% office work. The ideal

Must be a holder of a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
At lease 5 years experience in machinery and equipment sales.
A holder of a valid driving licence with at least classes E and G
An outgoing personality with good convincing power and a team player.
Willingness to earn most of his income from commissions.
